A Tower Distributor is in good standing only when: A. He remains on monthly autoship of a Tower product throughout the life of his Distributorship. B. He has purchased a Tower Distributorship, read the included educational literature and familiarized himself with the proper sales approach, and completed the review questionnaire included in the Distributor Kit, and signed and returned the Tower Distributor Agreement. C. He has not returned one or more Tower products within 90 days.D. He sells at least one Tower product valued at $30.00 or greater every six months during the life of his Distributorship.2.Product shipment shall commence as soon as possible after customer payment is received.
